Top Hat Limo and its employees assume no liability for personal belongings or valuables left in the limousine. Passengers will allow the chauffeur to always open and close all doors to ensure the safety of all passengers and the vehicle. Clients and their guests agree to always maintain acceptable personal conduct. Top Hat Limo is not responsible for traffic, weather delay or routing to/from pick up.
No food is allowed inside passenger area of limousines. You have chartered a NON-SMOKING NON-VAPING vehicle. If smoking or vaping occurs, service will be terminated, and no refund will be issued. A $300.00 fee, payable upon request will be charged for the steam cleaning of the vehicle. The client will be charged for ANY DAMAGES that are caused by him/her, or their guests. This also includes loss of business because of down time for repairs. The carrying of a concealed weapon by a client Is strictly prohibited, without prior authorization from management. Motion-sickness, vomiting and/or excessive spills or stains, will result in a $300.00 cleaning fee. A $35.00 fee will be charged for each broken or missing decanter, and a $25.00 fee will be charged for each missing or broken glass. All charges are payable upon request.
The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of service, with possible criminal prosecution, with no refund given. In the event of any violation of this contract, or any other circumstances that threaten the safety of the vehicle, passengers, other drivers or chauffeur, service may be terminated. The chauffeur may request that one or all the passengers exit the limousine without consideration of financial compensation or refund. The use and possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited by any passenger under the age of 21, or service will be terminated, and no refund issued. Proof of age must be presented to the chauffeur, upon request.
