Do you allow food in the limousines?  No, but we provide ice, and you are allowed to bring your own drinks. We have disposable cups.

Can we bring a cooler?  Yes, but it will be stored in the back of limos.  We have ice wells inside limos.

Do you have seat belts?  Yes, as required by law, all of our vehicles, including limos, have seat belts.

What certifications and liability insurance requirements do you have at Top Hat Limo?  We are certified by US DOT, FMCSA, ORS and DMV as a limousine/livery service approved to operate on all highways in the United States.  Our liability insurance requirements have been met and approved by these agencies.

Are your vehicles smoke-free?  Yes, we have a strict policy of no smoking or vaping in any of our vehicles, including limos.

Can we play our own music?  Yes, all of our vehicles have Bluetooth capabilities.  We ask our clients to be respectful of the loudness of music played. Downtown Greenville has a noise ordinance for music played from vehicles.

How can I stay in touch with our chauffeur during our time with Top Hat Limo?  We have an App to stay in close contact with your chauffeur and you'll have their contact info for any needs or changes to your itinerary.

Does our fare include gratuity?  Your fare does not include gratuity; however, we can add it to your credit card on file or you can tip the driver with cash or a credit card. Proper gratuity for a professional chauffeur is usually 15-20% of the fare.
